Focused on expanding economic opportunity and preparing residents for the future of work, this summit centers on the careers, industries, and innovations shaping North Omaha's workforce and economy.

Participants will explore strategies to advance job creation, strengthen workforce development, expand career pathways, support entrepreneurship, foster economic growth, and improve transportation solutions that connect residents to employment, education, and training opportunities.

The session is designed to provide updates on workforce initiatives, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, highlight successful partnerships, and encourage collaboration among employers, educators, workforce organizations, government, businesses, community partners, and residents committed to building a stronger, more prosperous North Omaha.
