Transformation 2030: North Omaha State of Health

Focused on improving health outcomes and strengthening the conditions that support healthy families and thriving communities, this summit centers on the health priorities, resources, partnerships, and community-based solutions shaping the well-being of North Omaha residents.

Participants will explore strategies to expand access to health care, strengthen health insurance coverage, increase access to healthy foods, expand mental health and telehealth services, promote physical activity and wellness, improve preventive care, and address the conditions that influence health outcomes for individuals and families.

The session is designed to provide updates on health initiatives, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, highlight successful partnerships and community-based solutions, and encourage collaboration among health care providers, government, schools, community organizations, businesses, faith-based organizations, health and wellness professionals, residents, and other stakeholders committed to building a healthier North Omaha.
