TRANSFORMATION 2030: RAISE THE VOTE SUMMIT

Focused on strengthening civic engagement and increasing voter education, the Raise the Vote Summit centers on the importance of informed participation and the role that residents play in shaping the future of their communities.

Attendees will explore opportunities to increase voter education, strengthen civic participation, understand the voting process, connect residents with trusted resources, and encourage greater participation in the decisions and policies that impact individuals, families, and North Omaha neighborhoods.

The session is designed to provide nonpartisan information, highlight available resources, address questions and barriers related to civic participation, and create opportunities for residents, community organizations, schools, faith based organizations, businesses, civic leaders, and other stakeholders to connect and share information.

The summit emphasizes the power of an informed and engaged community and encourages residents to understand their voice, their role, and the ways they can participate in the civic process.
